Octa McGlinn is an Australian infrastructure advisory and project management firm supporting complex public and private sector projects.
We exist to bring clarity and structure to projects that carry significant responsibility and risk.
Founded by Pip McGlinn in 2022 and strengthened through a strategic partnership with Octa Associates, Octa McGlinn combines local leadership with Trans-Tasman capability.
Together, we are a team of over 110 professionals across Australia and New Zealand.
We operate across a broad range of critical infrastructure sectors including Health, Education, Aviation, Transport, Utilities, Justice and Local Government, supporting projects that carry significant public responsibility.
We stay until the work is complete. We do things properly from the beginning.
McGlinn Advisory was established in 2022 by Pip McGlinn - a senior leader in both private consulting and the public sector, with over 30 years’ experience in infrastructure development.

In February 2026, Octa McGlinn was created through a strategic investment by Octa Associates Ltd in McGlinn Advisory Pty Ltd.
